5 years ago, today...

I want to wish my husband a very Happy 5th Anniversary today! I can't believe how quickly 5 years can pass by. I am so happy to be able to celebrate our anniversary with our sweet daughter, Maeve (11 weeks).

Fashionably Late

Well, today was the day our little baby girl was supposed to arrive. It seems as though she has a mind of her own and can be a bit stubborn just like her momma. We can't wait to finally meet her whenever she does decide to make her appearance. Will she have golden brown curly hair like I did as a child or will she be blonde and blue-eyed like her daddy? We can't wait to find out! I can already envision her in a little outfit like this one from Bonpoint. Now, if only we could afford it to buy it...

MINTED Holiday Challenge

Well, I spent the past 24 hours pumping out some holiday designs for one of the most exciting Minted Challenges yet. First place gets $5000! There are so many amazing designs submitted (over 1300) and it is wonderful to see some new designers in the mix. Voting will open soon and I will be sure to announce it when it does.

Saturday is the big day for my clients and friends, Danielle & Tolga! Can't wait to celebrate the evening with them at their ultra chic wedding right here in downtown Columbus, Ohio. For their invitations we duplexed black 130# Pegasus paper to create a thick museum board like feel and then foil stamped the text to keep the design very modern and simple.

PRESS: Charleston Weddings Magazine Summer 2010

This published wedding is very special for me because it is my very own sister's wedding. We had so much fun working together on her invitations and paper goods. The theme was vintage meets modern, while keeping the colors bright and materials natural and organic. I loved being able to create the coordinating items for the wedding day.
